This is a further stage to the works on the site that was previously known as the Feathers in Wraysbury.
The land to the rear was originally not available has since recently been offered to be developed. We are currently in negotiation with the local planning authority over a planning proposal for two detached houses at the site.

This project involved the following activities:-

• Flood Plain planning
• Redevelopment of site
• Liaison with borough council
• Liaison with Environment Agency
