The Feathers Public House has been closed for many years and has unfortunately become a health hazard, a security hazard and an eyesore for the many local residents that live close by. This site has had many planning applications entered for redevelopment in the past but all have failed due to a number or reasons. The site is located within the area liable to flood and is washed over by the Green Belt.

We plan to remove the existing buildings and to replace them with a small number of luxury family homes.

As always we will work closely with the Local borough Council and the Environment Agency to find a suitable solution to this site.

We gained a suitable planning permission and the site is now under construction.
