Terms and Conditions
We will carry out a no obligation assessment of any proposal for a fixed fee of £500 + VAT or less. We will supply this proposal within 14 working days of fees clearing.
Pre application works
In nearly all cases we enter into pre application talks with the local planning authority in order to smooth the application process. We will always give a fee's proposal which will be subject to the following.
Fee Payment
All fees are payable within 7 days unless otherwise specified. All fees for external consultants, advice and surveys will be paid by the client within 7 days of invoice. Any synergy, deals or partnerships will be bound by legal agreement and the terms within any agreement.
All fees to be returned or account balances will be returned within 7 days.
Client cancellation
If a client cancels works or a contract the full proposal fees will be due immediately and should be received within 7 days of the date of cancellation.
All site assessment fees and planning application fees are non refundable unless by prior agreement or through the demand of a court of law.
Disclosure
We have an obligation of full disclosure in planning matters. We will make available any information without prior consent if any request is accompanied by a demand from a court of law or the request is from the proper authorities. We comply with demands but will not allow documents to be removed unless ordered by a court of law or customs or other official. We will allow photocopy's to be taken.
Data protection
We are a member of the data protection act and will act in accordance with this act and its revisions and supplements.
In the event of fees not being received and cleared we have the right to hold back any submission of application or any submission of information unless otherwise agreed.
